Love Makeover Games?

Do you love makeover games? You’re certainly not alone. Many girls love to come online and work through the huge number of makeover games learning tips and tricks that can help them in their daily lives. Girls love makeover games for all kinds of reasons:

  • Makeover games help them see what they could be if they changed a hairstyle or a clothing style without risking anything at school or in public.
  • Changing your style on a makeover game costs much less to try than buying new clothes at the mall. It can also save you time to try new things online first as you can determine what suits your style and what doesn’t.
  • Makeover games help you learn about what colors of makeup look best with your skin tone. When you play with different dolls and different makeovers, you can see what looks great and what looks… not so great.
  • Makeover games give you the latest fashions and also include tips on how to pull a style together before you head to the store or to your closet.
  • You can enjoy designing new looks for hours on makeover games, and never design the same one twice.

When Makeover Games Go Wrong

Are you a victim of a bad makeover game? It’s pretty easy to tell when something goes wrong during a makeover. How severe the situation is depends entirely on what kind of makeover game you were playing.

Online Makeover Games
If you’re playing online and something goes wrong, it’s generally pretty easy to fix. Start over again by erasing your existing makeover and keep trying until you get it right.

Real Makeover Games
The true problems occur when you are working on a real makeover including a new hairstyle, makeup and clothing selections. Clothing is easy to fix although you may be out some serious cash if you bought all your new items in the wrong style or the wrong size. You should always try clothing on at home before cutting the tags, just in case.

Makeup is even easier to fix. If you’ve messed up when applying makeup, simply wash your face, apply moisturizer and start over again. This might cost you some time, but is easy to fix. Finally, if your hair style simply isn’t going to work for you, make the best of it, have it recut by the same stylist – sometimes this is free, or go to a new stylist to find a solution that is more flattering while you wait for it to grow out again.

Meaningful Makeover Games

Makeover games are fun in any context, but when you can make makeover games truly meaningful, the fun factor increases exponentially. You might wonder what make a make over game meaningful, and it’s hard to pin point what makes the difference. In many cases, it is not the makeover itself that is meaningful, but the impact that makeover can have on an individual.

For example, many cancer patients who have lost their hair experience an entirely new life when they receive a wig they can wear over their bald head. This gives them a semblance of normalcy that is critical to feeling better and staying strong to fight a terrible disease. Cancer patients aren’t the only ones to be impacted by makeovers in a big way.

Entire television shows are dedicated to showing audiences the power of a makeover. One version of a full makeover can make someone appear ten years younger. Another one shows then what they should and shouldn’t be wearing based on a person’s age and body type. Other makeovers have more to do with special events in a particular show. Whatever the reason, when you can give extra meaning to a makeover, you make it that much more special to the people involved.

Meditation in Makeovers

When you start makeover games, you should always plan to include a time of meditation as part of the plan. Why meditation? You should always spend time thinking about the task at hand and its meaning and impact in your life. Many makeover games are dramatic changes for the people involved and with dramatic changes comes a time for reflection about the change.

When you make a big impact on your looks, the way you perceive yourself can change. This might be a positive or a negative impact. For example, if you get a haircut you’re just not sure about, your self esteem can suffer. Taking time to process those thoughts and understand what you’re feeling can help you work through the emotions associated with the change.

Meditation during makeover games is also important to prepare your mind for a makeover of its own. When you do a full makeover, not just your appearance changes. Your entire persona can change, but to decide on who you want to be and what needs to be changed in your life, you need to take some time to think about it and figure things out.

A Sisters Makeover

Looking for a great way to bond with your sister? Why not play makeover games together? You can play makeover games online or you can take the games off the computer and give each other real makeovers at home or in a store.

A sister is like a best friend, even if you aren’t really best friends. The truth of the matter is the best friend you have right now might fade away some day in the future, but it’s highly unlikely you’ll ever manage to get rid of your sister, so it’s best to just learn to get along.

The best way to learn to get along is to play together as often as possible. Think back to when you were very young. You and your sister played dress up and one hundred other childhood games. Now that you’re a bit older, things have changed between you, but surely there is a bit of that childhood imagination and sense of style left.

Agree to a sisters makeover game and then raid each other’s closet. Try on different outfits from the other person’s closet and create master outfits together using items from both closets at once. When you’re willing to share your favorite top and she’s sharing her favorite jeans, you know you’re more than sisters – you’re friends.

When a Makeover Isn’t the Answer

A makeover is almost always the answer to a bad day or a recent break up. But sometimes a dramatic new look simply isn’t a good idea.

When You’re Mad
The worst time to do a makeover is when you are mad at anything or anyone. When you’re angry, you’re often not thinking straight and this can result in a tragic mistake. For example, if you have decided to hate your exboyfriend who always played with your long hair, in your anger you might head to the salon to get it whacked off – just to spite him.

If you realize only after the new haircut that you really don’t look that great in super short hair, you’re stuck for the time being at least. Obviously if you’d been thinking straight, you have at least played a few makeover games online to see what the difference is between short hair on your face and body type and long hair.

When You’re in Transition
It would seem that being in transition is the best time for a makeover, and in your specific case it might be. It truly depends on the kind of transition you’re making. If you’re about to have a baby, changing your hairstyle is about the only thing you can do, but you don’t know how it will really look until a few months after you deliver, so why bother?

If you’re about to start a new school, a simple makeover can be good to give you confidence, but a huge makeover can actually make you more nervous since you might not feel comfortable with the results.

Discover New Makeover Games

Makeover games are changing every day as new make up, hair and clothing styles are released and become popular. And just like new styles, there are new makeover games just waiting to be discovered online. Have you found them yet?

Makeover Games by Different Names
A rose by any other name might smell as sweet, but only if you can find it to sniff. Makeover games have plenty of different names and if you’re not looking for new dress up games, make up games, then and now games, and styling games, you’re likely missing out on some of the better makeover games out there.

Inspect the Unexpected
A main part of your investigation should be to search through areas you don’t find when you do a simple Google search for makeover games. Dig online and travel through similar websites to find whatever else you can that will entertain and possibly even dazzle you with fun new adventures.

Leave the Past
Finally, you should leave the past behind. If you’re still dressing up just cartoon or anime dolls, you have much to learn. You can be dressing yourself. Look for websites that allow you to put your own face or measurements in to make a doll more lifelike and a better fit for you. This will let you actually makeover your own body.

Makeover Your Personal Life

If you like makeover games, you’ve made over your face by now. You’ve made over your closet and you’ve made over your fashion sense. What you might not have thought to touch is the rest of your life. Have you had a personal like makeover recently?

The Personal Life Makeover Game
Your life should be lived like a game – that way you have fun and the right kinds of challenges all the time. The bad stuff is expected and necessary to overcome so you can reach the big rewards in life. Sometimes, however, the game of life takes on extra players that drag things down and make it boring or stressful. Those aren’t things you need in your life.

Ditch the Burdens
If you have something or someone holding you back from your potential, you need to let that person, activity or thing go. For example, if you want to join choir and sing, but you have a friend who makes fun of your voice every time you mention choir, she’s likely hurting your feelings a bit and might even make you doubt what you know is true.

People like that friend are weighing you down. To live a full and overall rewarding life, you want to remove yourself from that spot and remove her from your life. Simply quit talking to her or move down the table to sit with other friends. Soon enough you’ll have moved on to a new phase in your life.
