Makeover Games and Nails

If you have long nails, you know how hard it can be to take proper care of them. Often, one of the first things you do when you're considering makeover games is get your nails done. It's amazing that the small amount of paint required to have your hands polished and presentable is enough to really make a dramatic difference in how you present yourself to the world, but it does matter - and it's not as hard as you may think to maintain.

When you are considering your nails as part of a makeover game, select a color or style that isn't too dark. The lighter a color is, the more it will blend in with your hands and the less chips will appear if you were to ding a nail. Have your nails done professionally if you enjoy the relaxing pampering, or spring to do yourself if the cost becomes too prohibitive. When you have a manicure, enjoy the full experience complete with lotion, layers of nail color and a hard top coat that will protect them for the two weeks until the next manicure.

Makeover Games and Hair

If you’ve never dyed your hair, makeover games can take on an entirely new perspective with just a bit of adventure. Best of all, there are plenty of hair products out on the market that let you dye your hair temporarily without having to be committed forever to a color or a style. A demi permanent shade washes out in about a month, making it a perfect way to try for the perfect shade of light or dark.

If you’re dying your hair more than a few shades past your normal color, you may want to consider a visit to a salon to avoid orange or fried hair, but if you’re just looking for something fun and flirty, why not try out a dark shade or brown or maybe even a red for a month? A friend can help you put the dye in your hair and then just follow the instructions to wash it out when it’s time. If you hate the color, just keep washing your hair multiple times and it will soon fade out. The temporary nature of the hair dye is the best part of the makeover games.
