I’m a firm believer in the power of makeover games. It’s no secret that makeover games can help a girl overcome all kinds of self esteem issues and make her feel better about herself. To this end, I think it’s important to keep our old clothes, or at least some of them, for little ones coming up behind us.
If you have a little sister, your old clothes can become her dress up clothes. Simply keep your wilder items and the ones that are in good repair and throw them into the box. Old dance costumes, formal gowns, things you picked up for Halloween costumes and more can all be added to the box of goodies.
Once you have a nice collection of clothing for makeover games, start including your old nail polishes and other fun items that your sister can use to makeover her friends and have a ball. Who know, you might even find yourself participating in the fun as the official style guru.
