Makeover games can be expensive with the cost of makeup and new clothing. You can still have a good time playing makeover games without a great deal of spare cash, however. Start your makeover games at a local beauty supply shop.

When you’re playing makeover games, you don’t need the best quality make-up. If you use the inexpensive stuff to play games, your face will look great and your budget will still be in place. Inexpensive makeup will supplement the pieces you already have as well. Base and powder don’t need to change when you’re trying a new look. Once you have a foundation set up, you need only change the colors you use on your face to make a new look.

Makeover games also include new clothing. The clothing doesn’t have to come from the mall. Borrow something from friends or head to a flea market, thrift shop or a garage sale to see what you can find to wear during the makeover.

Finally, your hair will need a new style. If you plan on cutting your hair, you’ll want to use an inexpensive hairdresser to make the cut. If you plan to color, be sure you use a colorist you’ve tried before. You’d hate to waste money on a bad color job.
