Makeover Games and Weight Loss


Weight makes a big difference in how much you can enjoy makeover games. It’s hard to get excited about the makeover games when you feel sluggish and bloated, even if the clothing is flattering and fun. To beat the overweight feeling that we sometimes get before playing makeover games, take some time to really look at feel your best.

Do a Juice Fast – For the twenty-four hours before the big event, use fruit juice and fruit smoothies to help your body rid itself of toxins and other waste products.

Drink Lots of Water – Drink about a gallon of water over the course of the day, maybe even more, to help flush out the water that can be stored in your body from all of the salty foods we like to eat.
Exercise in the Morning – Getting active in the mornings lets you burn off some calories and ramp up energy before your real day even begins. By getting active early, you’ll have a faster metabolism during the day which will help keep your waistline trim and your energy level high.
