Makeover Games Now

The summer is an a great time to start working on some makeover games. The long stretch of the summer vacation most of us still enjoy gives us weeks on end to relax, get caught up on sleep and do a little exercising. Getting into the groove of being relaxed also makes it easier to watch what you’re eating and to cut way back on the junk food you might have crammed in your mouth with late night study sessions.

Over the summer months you can get caught up on your appointments as well so that you can return to school with a great new hairstyle you’ve learned to work with. You can get some new contacts or glasses to change your look as well as plenty of new clothing. If you’re lucky enough to shed a few pounds over the summer months as well thanks to your new healthy eating and exercise habits, you can celebrate that with a few new outfits. When you head back to school in a month or two, you can wow everyone with your new look courtesy of the makeover games you started now.

Spring Break Makeover Games

Spring break is finally here, and it’s time for makeover games. If you’re anything like me, you probably lost a bit of your fashion edge over the last few weeks. It’s a very tricky time of year, actually, which only compounds the laziness most of us feel when we roll out of bed in the morning. It’s hard to be fabulous when you’re dealing with class work all day long. But now that it’s spring break, you’re not dealing with coursework anymore – you’re ready for some fun makeover games instead!

Makeover games are easy to play and you can tailor the experience to be your very own version of the games. There are no rules here. When you play makeover games, you might start with the fashion that’s already in your closet. If it’s done being winter in your area, go ahead and pack away the heavy sweatshirts and snow boots. Then pull out the cute things you’ve been dying to wear again and try them all on. Over the days that are left, spend time finding the perfect haircut and enjoy some new make up items. By the time you head back to work you’ll be truly fabulous.

Makeover Games and Highlights

I recently got highlights for the first time. I decided that I wasn’t content to go quietly into the years beyond the teen ones, and I wanted a new look, so I got myself one. Fortunately, I have a close friend who is a hair stylist, and she was able to arrange the highlights for me and walk me through the process. One day she sat me down and we did a subtle highlight job. The color wasn’t much darker than my hair, and I liked the effect, but I’ve since decided that a subtle job isn’t as much fun as I would have liked.

So the next time I do highlights, I’m going to do the highlights with a bit more oomph – I’m going even lighter and I might even do a dye-job first. Wouldn’t it be fun to walk into a salon as a brunette and come out as a deep red head? Or maybe some light blonde just for a bit of fun. I’ve had friends who have played with hair color for years, but I was never much of a player then. Now though, I think it’s time to take my makeover games to the next limit.

Makeover Games for Back to School

I love back to school shopping. It’s a nice way to get organized for the big return each fall, and it’s a great opportunity to play makeover games. After all, you want to look your best when you walk into the classroom for the first time each year, and this year will not be an exception. When you’re playing makeover games for back to school, always remember that you should be comfortable and professional in your clothing – especially if you’re required to wear a uniform.

Start your makeover game early in the summer by using your extra time to be more active. Go play outside and get busy moving and shaking. All that movement will help you shed a few pounds which will make all of your clothing fit more comfortably. As part of your makeover games, head to the salon for a new look. This is a perfect time to try on a new hairstyle or color since nobody has seen you since last year. Pick up a few new outfits in all of the back to school sales and you’re ready for the big day – your first of this year.

Barbie Gets a Makeover

In one of the greatest makeover games of all time, Barbie is getting ready to turn fifty in 2009 and is getting a new image. Her look isn’t changing all that much – still has the long blonde hair and trim figure, but for those associated with makeover games, the hair and figure are just the basics – it is what you do with them that matters most.

In Barbie’s history she’s almost always been a wholesome image for young girls everywhere. Now, she’s deemed a bit too wholesome by many of the older doll crowd. Barbie wants to change this and to do so will be changing everything around her.

She’ll start by making over the people she works with. Then she’ll move on to her friends and pets. Those might get a new wardrobe and we might see a nicer variety in her crew. Then, it is on to Barbie’s clothing and accessories. Barbie will keep those beautiful ball gowns, but she’ll also be getting trendier clothing that might be worn by the more urban set of fashion lovers. She’ll be getting some video games and possibly some t-shirts and jeans – unheard of for the traditional Barbie! The whole makeover game will be very exciting to watch.
