Easter Makeover Games

Easter means everything from the Easter bunny to church on Sunday. For many, Easter also means a new dress and all the trimmings. Easter dress up games are common, especially among younger children, but older girls get to play along, too.

Head to the stores or the mall to see what you can find that is fresh and fun for spring. Your Easter dress should be a very nice dress – not a formal or even a cocktail dress, but something you could wear to a banquet or reception as easily as you can Easter dinner. The dress can have a bit of lace and fun and you also have the chance to get a hat or other accessories to really do yourself up nicely. Easter has always been a traditional day to really dress up in pretty spring colors.

Easter dresses aside, you also have a chance to find fun Easter clothing for your annual egg hunt. If you have younger brothers or sisters, you can head out into the backyard to hide Easter eggs. Find some fun Easter pajamas to make the experience of hunting eggs first thing it the morning more enjoyable. Cute bunny slippers especially would make just about anyone smile – even if she were too old to be part of the annual Easter egg hunt.

Spring Break Makeover Games

Spring break is the perfect time for makeover games. If you’re traveling or staying home, you have plenty of options for how to spend your time in a constructive fashion sense.

New Location, New You
If you’re traveling to a new location over spring break, you have every reason to try out a look you’ve wanted to try. You might pull out all the preppy clothes you’ve accumulated or try on all your goth and punk clothes for the trip. Your friends and family won’t mind if you try out something a bit different than what they are used to. You’ll also have a chance to wear the clothing in real life to see how they feel and if the new look is something you’re comfortable with for the long term.

Playing At Home
If you’re staying at home, you’ll have a rare opportunity to go through your closet to find out what you have that you haven’t worn in a while. Use this chance to clean out your closet. Try everything on. If it fits and you like it, keep it. If you’ve outgrown something, put in a pile for a younger family member or in a pile for those less fortunate. You can also sell some of your outgrown clothing in consignment shops or a garage sale. While you go through your closet, you might also notice that you need a few new items or some replacements – spring break is a good time to shop to get those with your friends who are also home.

Having Fun with Online Makeover Games

Online makeover games are fun. Naturally they are, or they wouldn’t be nearly as popular as they currently are with young girls. In fact, they are popular not just with girls, but with women as well. Everyone likes to see someone go from drab to fab. You can help out a poor fashion victim online any time you like.

The Makeover Game Basics
To play a makeover game, you’ll start with a bland character. She’ll likely have her hair pulled back to give you free reign for hair styles and she’ll need some clothes to wear. She’ll be in her underwear most likely.

Pick out the fundamentals of her wardrobe – some pants and top and then start accessorizing. The best part of the game is turning even the most bland clothing into something more fashionable and fun using accessories. Purses, hats, necklaces and scarves are all part of the mix, so use them.

Finally, your last step will be adding the makeup and hair styles to your girl. You might have started with this first, but you can still go back and change it. Play around with different hairstyles to find the one that suits you girl best –it’s pure fun.

Bad Nights and Makeover Games

When you have a bad night, you’re likely in desperate need of a makeover game the next morning. Makeover games are great for hiding the bags and shadows under your eyes and helping to camouflage that peaked look you get when you are just worn out.

To use makeover games to help hide your exhaustion, start by dressing up nicely. Avoid the temptation to pull on sweats or the equivalent, no matter how strong the desire may be. Looking sloppy likely means you’ll be looking tired, too. Pull on something that looks sharp, even if you feel like a worn-out blob and you’ll be most of the way there.

Next, focus on your hair. A flattering hairstyle can take years off your face and it can also help to distract from your worn-out look. However, when you barely slept, the last thing you want to do is your hair. Pull it up into a stylish ponytail or uptwist leaving only your bangs to style. Much less work than a full head of hair.

Finally, use makeup to cover the dark shadows and bring light to your face. Use brightener and blush to make your face seem alive – even if you’re feeling pretty close to dead.

Inspiration for Makeover Games

You can get inspiration for makeover games from many different places. Sometimes it is the least conspicuous outfit or style that makes you want to head to the mall to find that combination of clothing so you can have the same look and create the same impression in the minds of others.

People Watching
The easiest way to become inspired is through simple people watching. Head to a park or to a busy shopping center and have a seat. Bring your iPod and a book to read and then start watching others as they walk by. You’ll not only notice how busy everyone seems to be as they rush about, but you’ll also notice more than a few styles you never even considered before.

Award Shows
Award shows are another nice play to get inspired for makeover games. Seeing the stars looking their absolute finest always makes me what to do the same. I love nothing more than trying on a beautiful gown – even if it’s just at the store and I have no intention of buying it.

Reality Television
In most cases if a person is special enough to make it on television, they must have a certain kind of flare or drama about them. In most cases, this has to do with their fashion sense. Look for clever fashion ideas every time you watch your shows.
