I’m of a mind that we actually need makeover games. Sure, you might enjoy playing them, but some people need an opportunity to complete a makeover – even if it’s just in fun and not a permanent change.
Some games are permanent. You might have fun dressing up in new clothes for a makeover game, but in the next dressing room, a woman might be dressing herself for the first time since a major life changing event. Perhaps she’s lost 100 pounds or had a breast removed due to cancer. Whatever the issue, some people use makeover games as a way to feel good about themselves and start in a new direction.
We all need a pick-me-up. Seeing you looking your best or in a totally different look is fun for almost everyone. We all need happy moments in life, and seeing how great you look in a different outfit or with a different style of makeup might be all it takes to show the world that you are there and ready to take on any challenge.
